ADU Garage Conversion – Encinitas, CA
Full 528 sq ft garage-to-ADU conversion including framing, electrical, plumbing, and all interior finishes. Designed and built as a fully functional living space — permitted, code compliant, and move-in ready.
Exterior Renovation – Hardwood Siding Replacement, San Diego, CA
Full exterior siding replacement using premium hardwood materials. Scope included removal of existing siding, weatherproofing, and precision installation for long-term durability and curb appeal.
Commercial Exterior Restoration – Clairemont Lutheran Church, San Diego, CA
Commercial restoration project involving structural framing, lath, and stucco work to restore and match existing exterior finish. One of several completed scopes for this client.
