Foremost Building Solutions is owned and operated by Oliver Erbes, a licensed California General Building Contractor with nearly a decade of experience in residential and commercial construction.

Prior to founding Foremost, Oliver worked as a Superintendent managing large-scale projects, coordinating crews and subcontractors, and delivering projects on schedule and to spec.

Today, that same level of structure, oversight, and accountability is applied to every project—whether it’s a remodel, ADU, or exterior scope.
