I run your job like a true General Building Contractor.

Straight answers. A real schedule. No surprises.

Work with me

What you can expect

Straight answers. If I don't know, I say so and go find out. If the news is bad, you hear it from me first, not from the invoice.

A real schedule. Written, dated, and in your hands before work starts. When something moves, you know what moved and why.

No surprises. One lump-sum price. It changes only when the scope changes, and you sign off on that before it happens.

Why I run jobs this way

I didn't start as a contractor. I started as a laborer.

Ten years ago I was the guy hauling material and sweeping the slab. Then the guy running the crew. Then the superintendent on an $18 million K-12 school modernization under state inspection, where the trades, the inspector and a fixed deadline all had to line up. After that, a $5 million structural remediation, the kind of work where close enough doesn't exist.

Those jobs teach one thing: the schedule is the job. A real schedule is a promise with dates on it. A bad one is a guess with a logo. Every delay, every "unexpected" bill, every contractor who stops answering his phone traces back to someone who didn't plan the work or didn't tell the truth about it.

I started Foremost Building Solutions in 2024 to run homes and small commercial projects the way those big ones have to be run. Same discipline, smaller crew, my name on it.

That's the whole pitch.
